I am surprised with the bad review it got from someone, but i guess i don't have sensitive lips so it works for me. The thing i like best is the SMELL, the Chapstick brand truly smells like GLUE, i just hate it so i decided to try different lip balms, and i don't even want to mention the other ones i tried because THIS one is VERY good, it smells good, it keeps my lips moisturized, and is very conveniently small and lasts for a long time, WHAT MORE can a guy with chapped (or should i say UNCHAPPED) lips ask for? everyone told me "don't waste your money, don't buy it, it is very bad, and it doesn't work" but i shooed them off, because this is the best lip balm i have every tried and i assure you i will stay with this lip balm for the rest of my life (in fact i think this balm will get rid of my chapping altogether!) for all you people out there with chapped lips living in misery because of the bad, cheap knock-offs that are trying to replace this lip balm, change, even though its a little expensive, as i said before (in my other reviews) when it comes to this, you should always trust name brand! GO BURT BEES!

My lips are always chapped and I have been searching for "the" lip balm that'll heal my dry lips and after hearing all of the hype for Burt's Bees, I finally decided to buy it.
First of all, I did not want to order this lip balm online because of the outrageous shipping prices most sites had, so luckily, this lip balm is conveniently located in most drug stores or supermarkets. I bought mine at the counter of my supermarket. The packaging is nice and simple and the little twist thing at the bottom actually works, unlike some lip balms. This lip balm smells very minty and it's natural. I was hoping because it was natural, that it would not irritate my sensitive lips but it did. When I first applied this lip balm on, my lips burned so much, and I thought that, hey, I think it's actually working, but it wasn't. I decided to wait it out for five minutes but by then, my lips were so sore, red, and itchy. I had to scrub this lip balm off with water and applied my old lip balm back on. This lip balm is definitely not for people with sensitive lips, but if you do not have sensitive lips, this will probably work for you. I will not be purchasing this again.
