Cheap but not long lasting (Report Review)

I was excited to see a name brand cheap eyeliner pencil until i actually tried it for the first time. Although this product was about 2.00 I guess I was just hoping for more out of it. This eyeliner barely lasts 2 hours without it coming off completely. I feel like it smudges and i always have to sharpen it.
