Best tasting protein I've had! (Report Review)

When I started working out I noticed decent results however I just wasn't getting the results I wanted so I ended up buying a BSN product named SYNTHA - 6.
I must say after taking syntha 6 I've noticed pretty good improvements and I've gained about 6 pounds in one month after using it.
The flavor I purchased was cookies and cream but they come in a bunch of other flavors too I've tried chocolate before and that was pretty good and I also tried banana and that was amazing.
The flavors are all really good with this protein because they use an artificial flavor like splenda in it.
I wouldn't recommend taking this product for long periods of time because artificial sweeteners could could weaken your kidney's over time but if you just use it every other month or something I'm sure it would be fine.
They recommend taking 1 to 2 scoops a day with milk or water I recommend milk but water taste just fine with it.
I personally use a half scoop after my workout which is generally in the morning and a half scoop before I go to bed for a total of 1 scoop for the whole day.
I estimated it down and if you take it with a normal milk you're getting about 14 to 16 grams of protein using the method I explained above.
If you're realistic about it and don't expect to be huge over night you will like the results.
It's definitely worth the money and the flavors are great.
If you're looking for a natural protein without any artificial sweeteners I found a protein called optimum nutrition natural oats and whey and that is completely natural with zero artificial sweeteners.
If you're looking for a great tasting protein and something that will help increase your muscle size this syntha 6 really does work!
